Worship is more than a service or program; it is more than singing; it is more than showing up at a particular place at a particular time. Worship is a lifestyle; it is the posture of the heart before God; it is the response of one who has experienced the life-transforming grace and truth of God. And when we come together as a family to worship, it is for the purpose of celebrating who God is and what he has done for us through our Lord, Jesus Christ.
The Bible puts great emphasis on the gathering of the local church for worship, so we think this time is pretty important. At any one of our services, you'll probably hear a mix of contemporary and traditional songs. We don't care when a song was written; we care about the lyrical substance and artistic beauty of the song. In addition to singing, we spend time praying and hearing God's Word read and preached. Our goal is to be authentic and thoroughly biblical in all we do.
